What it's for
Fast, walk-in-style retail transactions — distinct from the multi-step Orders workflow, which is built for larger B2B orders with delivery timelines.
How it works
- Ringing up a sale: On the POS screen, search and select one or more retail products, set quantities, and complete the sale.
- Safe Stock Deductions: Stock is checked and deducted safely and atomically at the moment of sale. Even under concurrent transactions, you can never oversell what you don't have.
- Instant Profit Calculation: Each sale calculates real profit (sale price minus the item's actual cost) automatically in the background.
A receipt is generated immediately after checkout, which is printable or downloadable, and reprintable later from your Sales history.
Pro Tip: Your Dashboard shows a real-time Sales Overview, highlighting units sold, revenue, and remaining stock at a glance.
