Tracking your business costs beyond raw materials — rent, utilities, transport, maintenance, and more — so your financial picture is complete.

How it works

You can log expenses against categories (a set of defaults is provided; you can also add your own).

Automatic double-entry prevention: Certain expenses are created automatically to avoid double-entry. For example, when you pay an employee's salary, or receive a raw-material Purchase Order, a matching expense entry is automatically generated for you.

Pro Tip: Expense data feeds directly into your Analytics and Profit & Loss reports. The more diligent you are about logging overhead here, the more accurate your final Profit margins will be in the Reporting module.
