What it's for

Setting up your workspace the first time you sign up, so the rest of the app is tailored to your business instead of showing you features you'll never use.

How it works

Signup & Verification: After signup and email verification, you're guided through a short setup flow.
Describe Your Business: You describe your business in your own words (or pick a category: Manufacturing — Process/Stages, Manufacturing — Product/BOM-based, Retail/Trading Shop, Service Business, Other).
AI Suggestions: Sysvant's AI reads your description and suggests a business type, production model, starting production stages, and which modules to turn on — with a short explanation of why. You can accept the suggestion as-is, edit anything, or skip AI entirely and set things up manually.
Stage Customization: If you choose a process/stage-based business, you pick or customize your production stages (e.g., Cutting → Stitching → Quality Check → Packing).
Module Confirmation: You confirm which modules you want enabled (Production, Inventory, Orders, Invoicing, Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Expenses, Sales, etc.). This list can be changed later from Settings.

Once confirmed, your Dashboard and sidebar automatically show only the modules relevant to your business.

Pro Tip: The module selections made here drive what appears in your sidebar and Dashboard. You can revisit and change these any time from Settings → System Config.
