Managing your team — both as payroll records and, optionally, as people who can log into Sysvant and do work.

How it works

Payroll Tracking Every employee can be set up as either:

• Fixed Salary: A flat recurring amount.
• Rate-Based: Hourly or per-piece. For rate-based employees, you log their work (hours or pieces) as it happens, and Sysvant tracks their running unpaid balance.

Paying an employee For a fixed-salary employee, you simply confirm their set amount. For a rate-based employee, Sysvant automatically totals up everything unpaid since their last payment.

Dashboard Access (Optional) On the Growth plan, you can give an employee an actual login to Sysvant, with granular, per-module permissions. You decide exactly who can view Inventory, who can edit Orders, and who can't touch Billing at all.

Pro Tip: Permissions are strictly enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface, so they can never be bypassed. On the Starter plan, employee records exist for payroll purposes, but dashboard logins aren't available, and the employee count is capped.
