What it's for

Keeping a real record of who you do business with, instead of re-typing names into every order or purchase.

How it works

• Customers: Store contact details and see a customer's full order history in one centralized place, directly from their profile page.
• Suppliers: Store contact details and what they typically supply. Suppliers are directly linked to Purchase Orders — you can't have a PO without the other, since a purchase always comes from a specific supplier.

Pro Tip: Both are reusable across every part of the app that references them (Orders reference Customers; Purchase Orders reference Suppliers). Maintain clean records here to ensure all downstream reporting is highly accurate.
